To use your HMO at Ashrey Diagnostic Center, you’ll need a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from your HMO provider.

For Walk-in procedures:

  1. Request and secure your LOA from your HMO provider
  2. Book your services and upload your LOA at checkout
  3. Proceed to the clinic with your booking confirmation and LOA

For Appointment-based procedures:

  1. Book your preferred date and time first.
  2. Wait for schedule confirmation from us (within 1-2 business days)
  3. Request your LOA from your HMO provider using the confirmed schedule
  4. Proceed to the clinic with your booking confirmation and LOA
