Booking a meal plan consultation was effortless, since all I needed to do was find a date and time that suits my availability. Once I confirmed, I received an email instantly with the meeting details. The meal plan prescribed to me was great as well. Doc Grace provided an easy-to-follow meal plan that included many of my favorite dishes, all while keeping in mind my long term fitness and health goals. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to improve their eating habits. Would definitely go back for additional consultation after a few weeks of following the plan.
