Can I get a prescription after my consultation?

Yes. If your doctor determines you need medication or any follow-up labs or other referrals, they can issue you a valid prescription after your consultation.

In-person visits: You’ll receive a printed prescription directly from the doctor or clinic.
Online consultations: Your doctor may provide a digital prescription (e-prescription), copy of your care plan and next steps. You will receive a notification after the end of your consultation under “Consultation Summary”, and you can find this under your Hati Health Profile, under My Appointments > Consultation Summary.
Follow-up care: If you need adjustments or refills, you can easily book another consultation through Hati Health.
