Book Now vs. Buy Now, Book Later: What's the difference?

Book Now schedules your appointment right away. Buy Now, Book Later lets you pay now and choose your schedule when you're ready.

When booking a service on Hati Health, you'll be asked to choose how you'd like to schedule your appointment. Both options let you secure your service, but the difference is in the timing. Choose whichever one works best for your schedule.

Choose this option if you already know when you want to come to the clinic to claim your service. We'll get your appointment endorsed and scheduled as soon as we receive your order.

Buy Now, Book Later

Choose this option if you want to secure your service now but aren't ready to schedule yet. Instead, it will be saved to your Prepaid Services under your account, where you can book it yourself at a later time that works for you. You have up to 90 days from your purchase to do so.

How do I book an appointment with Hati Health?

Booking with Hati Health is simple and only takes a few minutes. You just need to choose a provider, select your date and time, confirm your details, and complete your payment. Afterwards, you will receive your booking confirmation via email.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. Creating an account ensures your bookings, medical records, and history are secure and easily accessible whenever you need them.

How do I book a consultation?

You can book online through the Hati Health platform by choosing your preferred clinic, doctor, or test. Just select a schedule that works for you and confirm your booking in minutes.

Can I get a prescription after my consultation?

Yes. If your doctor determines you need medication or any follow-up labs or other referrals, they can issue you a valid prescription after your consultation.

Can I book for my family members?

Yes! You can schedule appointments not just for yourself, but also for your spouse, children, or loved ones.

What are Prepaid Services?

Prepaid Services let you buy healthcare services now and schedule later. After purchase, access your services in your account inventory and book when convenient. You must have an account with the same email used for purchase. Read more to see how it works.
