What are your payment options?
We offer flexible payment options including GCash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers, with installment plans through BillEase and GoTyme. We also accept HMO coverage for select services and partner clinics, depending on your HMO membership policy.
You can pay directly through the Hati Health platform using secure online payment options (GCash, credit or debit cards, bank transfer and many more). In order to confirm your booking and appointment, a full payment is required. BillEase and GoTyme are also available for installment payments.
Hati Health also accepts HMO coverage for eligible consultations, diagnostics, and lab tests at select partner clinics, depending on your provider and membership policy. To use your HMO, link your health plan to your Hati Health account under My Profile. For the full list of accepted HMOs, visit: hati.health/faq/which-hmos-are-currently-accepted
For services not covered by your HMO, or if your provider is not yet on our list, you can still book and pay directly through the platform. In many cases, our prices are lower than what you’d pay through your HMO network.
