What are your payment options?

We offer flexible payment options including GCash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers, with installment plans through BillEase and GoTyme. While we don't accept insurance yet, our affordable prices are often lower than HMO networks, and we're working on future partnerships.

You can pay directly through the Hati Health platform using secure online payment options (GCash, credit or debit cards, bank transfer and many more). In order to confirm your booking and appointment, a full payment is required. BillEase and GoTyme are also available for installment payments.

Right now, you cannot use your insurance to cover the cost of a Hati Health appointment. But in many cases, the cost of our appointments and services is less than that of your HMO network! We are still in the process of establishing such partnerships. Check with your HR Department or contact us directly.

Because members use Hati Health without going through their insurance companies, we do our best to keep prices as affordable as possible.
