The concierge team at Hati Health was very accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process. They replied promptly to my inquiries, so I would rate their customer service 5/5. However, my experience at the clinic where I was scheduled could have been better. I had to wait for around two hours and was placed in the regular queue, so I was unable to skip the line. Since I booked through Hati Health and still had work afterward, I was expecting a shorter waiting time. I hope this can be improved in the future, as I still plan to book through Hati Health again and would love to have a smoother clinic experience next time.
