2. Upon arrival, you may be asked to fill out a form provided by the clinic or laboratory. Please bring at least one valid ID.


3. When claiming your service, inform the clinic or laboratory staff that you are “endorsed by Hati Health” and provide the full name you used in your purchase.


4. After your first dose, you will receive guidance on scheduling your next vaccinations. You can book your succeeding doses directly through Hati Health’s platform to ensure timely completion of your vaccination schedule.
