Who Should Get Vaccinated? Gardasil 4 is recommended for both young women and men aged 9-26 years old. While it’s most effective when given before exposure to HPV (ideally before becoming sexually active), getting vaccinated at any point even outside this age range provides valuable protection, it’s never too late to protect yourself!
