2. You may visit your selected branch after you have received your sales reference number. No need to book a specific time slot - simply walk in at your convenience.

3. Upon arrival, you may be asked to fill out a form provided by the clinic or laboratory. Please bring at least one valid ID.

4. When claiming your service, inform the clinic or laboratory staff that you are “endorsed by Hati Health”. Provide the full name you used in your purchase and the sales reference number.
