Oct 1, 2026The endocrinologist cancelled the initial consultation because she was unwell, which I understood. I was then offered a 10:30 AM time slot for the rescheduled consultation on a different date. On the rescheduled date, Dr. Rubion advised that she would call approximately 15 minutes after the scheduled time. The consultation was scheduled for 30 minutes, but the actual consultation lasted approximately 15 minutes. During the consultation, the discussion was relatively brief and moved quickly. I felt that the consultation was rushed, and I had several concerns and questions that I wanted to discuss, but there was limited time to go through them. I understand that delays and scheduling issues can occur. However, I would have appreciated having the full scheduled consultation time to discuss my concerns more thoroughly. Based on this experience, I do not think I will be scheduling another consultation.
