How to take Orlistat:

Take Orlistat with a balanced, calorie-controlled diet, with 30% of calories from fat, spread across three meals. Typically, take one capsule at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Avoid high-fat snacks between meals for best results.

Orlistat only works with dietary fat. If you miss a meal or have a meal with no fat, you don't need to take Orlistat.

Your doctor will stop Orlistat treatment after 12 weeks if you have not lost at least 5% of your body weight since starting the medication.
