Fasting for 10-12 hours before the checkup is required. Avoid taking vitamins (e.g., Vitamin C) for 2 days before the appointment to ensure accurate urine test results. For accurare blood exam results, strictly no food and water intake, and no alcohol a day before the appointment. Water is allowed but for medication purposes only. Patients should bring their maintenance medication on the day of the appointment.

Please bring your eyeglasses and a contact lens container, if applicable.

Male patients are highly recommended to shave their chest hair before undergoing an ECG. During the procedure, stickers will be attached to the chest, and removing them may cause discomfort if you have chest hair.
