YAKAP (Yaman ng Kalusugan Program) is PhilHealth's primary care program that gives you free consultations, medicines, lab tests, and cancer screenings for a full year. Book your First Patient Encounter (FPE) with a YAKAP-accredited clinic to get started
Note: Private YAKAP clinics charge a co-payment, paid directly at the clinic. Per PhilHealth Advisory No. 2026-0003, this is capped at ₱900 per member per year. Once reached, remaining YAKAP services for the year are free.
If you already have a PhilHealth PIN, you can register your chosen clinic as your YAKAP provider through the eGovPH app.
Other options include the PhilHealth Member Portal or PhilHealth offices nationwide. Once registered, you can proceed to your clinic for your First Patient Encounter (FPE).
Your FPE is your first visit to a YAKAP clinic, where the doctor reviews your health history, checks for any risk factors, and registers you with the clinic for ongoing primary care this year. Once your FPE is complete, you're officially enrolled with that clinic for the year. You'll return to the same clinic for future consultations, lab tests, and medicines.
