Japanese encephalitis (JE) is a mosquito-borne viral infection that can cause severe inflammation of the brain, potentially leading to permanent damage or death. The JE vaccine provides protection against this serious disease.

The vaccine is administered in 1-2 doses depending on the specific vaccine type:

  • Standard schedule: 2 doses, given 28 days apart
  • Some vaccines offer single-dose protection

Protection begins approximately 10 days after completing the vaccination and provides long-lasting immunity.


The JE vaccine is recommended for all age groups from 2 months and older if you are in high risk rural area.

How to Claim

1. To ensure the best service and vaccine availability, prior booking is required – no walk-ins accepted. Current rates are exclusively for reserved appointments. You may visit your selected branch one business day after your purchase date, upon receipt of your booking confirmation.


Note: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day (e.g., For an order placed on Monday 5:00 PM, you may visit your selected clinic as early as Wednesday morning)


2. Upon arrival, you may be asked to fill out a form provided by the clinic or laboratory. Please bring at least one valid ID.


3. When claiming your service, inform the clinic or laboratory staff that you are “endorsed by Hati Health” and provide the full name you used in your purchase.


4. Additional information will be provided to you after purchasing this service
