To use your HMO at Exact Check, you’ll need a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from your HMO provider. Read this article for step-by-step instructions.
For Walk-in procedures: Book your services and upload the needed information so the provider can secure your LOA.
For Appointment-based procedures: Book your preferred date and time first, then upload the required information. We will confirm your schedule, after which the provider can request your LOA.
