• Avoid drinking colored drinks for at least 6 hours.
• Full bladder is required prior the procedure.
• Preferably 10-12 hours fasting if test request includes other test/s like Lipid Profile.
• NOTE: No need to fast if patient has undergone cholecystectomy or surgical removal of gall bladder.
• If patient has fluid restriction, consult with the doctor-on-duty for further instructions.

1. Appointment based services require a confirmed date and time to ensure availability and minimize wait time.

2. After booking, a Hati Health Concierge will contact you via text and email within 1 business day to confirm your appointment schedule.

3. On the day of your confirmed appointment, arrive at your selected branch at the scheduled date and time. Please bring at least one valid ID.

4. When claiming your service, inform the clinic or laboratory staff that you are “endorsed by Hati Health” and provide the full name you used in your purchase. You may also be sent an endorsement number by your Hati Health concierge.
