The intended use population is patients with a suspected syphilis infection or at elevated risk of syphilis infection who attend STI clinics or other healthcare settings.

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email from a Hati Health concierge within 1–2 business days. 3. To claim your service, present your confirmation email and valid ID to the clinic or lab staff. You may also receive a sales reference number from your Hati Health concierge—please have it ready if provided.
4. Additional details and instructions will be shared with you via email after your purchase is completed.
