• Patient is required to consume the entire amount of the specially-formulated glucose solution within a 5-minute period.

2. Upon arrival, you may be asked to fill out a form provided by the clinic or laboratory. Please bring at least one valid government-issued ID.
3. To claim your service, present your confirmation email and valid ID to the clinic or lab staff. You may also receive a sales reference number from your Hati Health concierge—please have it ready if provided.
4. Additional details and instructions will be shared with you via email after your purchase is completed.
