Comprehensive Eye Screening - Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetics - Ortigas Branch

Anyone considering LASIK or other vision correction procedures, or those who want a thorough baseline eye health evaluation.

• Wearing of contact lens is strictly prohibited 7 days prior to screening for soft contact lens users and 14 days for toric or hard contact lens users. Eyeglasses can be used instead as an alternative.
• LASIK Screening will last around 2-3 hours. Including Lasik outcome simulation.
• Driving is likewise prohibited following screening due to expected blurring of the eyes after dilation which lasts for 3-5 hours.
• 6-8 hours enough sleep is recommended prior to the screening.
• Should rest from taking isotretinoin for at least 3-6 months.
• Have a companion with you for your screening to guide you afterwards.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding within 6 months are not allowed to undergo the comprehensive eye screening tests

BUILDING GUIDELINES

• No shorts, slippers, sandals, crop tops, or sleeveless allowed in the building. (For both patients and companions)
• Please bring a valid ID (preferably a government ID) and register at the concierge desk of Ore Central Tower for your access card. (For both patients and companions)

1. Appointment-based services require a confirmed date and time to ensure availability and minimize your waiting time.
2. A Hati Health concierge will contact you via email within 1–2 business days to confirm your appointment schedule and send your confirmation email, which may include a sales reference number.
3. On the day of your appointment, please arrive at your selected branch on time and bring at least one valid ID.
4. To claim your service, present your confirmation email and valid ID to the clinic or laboratory staff.
