Treponema pallidum hemagglutination (Quantitative), commonly known as TPHA, is a diagnostic test used to detect the presence of antibodies in a patient's serum sample against the causative agent of syphilis.
The intended use population is patients with a suspected syphilis infection or at elevated risk of syphilis infection who attend STI clinics or other healthcare settings.
